Bookkeeping

​BOOKKEEPING BASE PACKAGE INCLUSIONS:

  • Data entry and organization into the Quickbooks Enterprise or Quickbooks Online platform (Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, or Advanced)

  • Reconciliation of two accounts (credit card, checking account, or any combination thereof). Bank feeds must be activated in the Quickbooks file and guest access established for online accounts, or additional fees as explained below.

  • Monthly reports including Reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss.

  • Weekly updates and progress reports.

ADD-ONS:​

  1. Reconciliation of each additional account above the two minimum

  2. Each bank or credit card account not connected within QuickBooks (manual data entry and organization/no guest access established)

  3. Manual payroll entries for outside vendors (ex. Paychex, ADP, etc.)

  4. Accounts Receivable - invoicing and running related reports

  5. Accounts Payable - billing, scheduling payments, running related reports (Note: will not process payments or print checks)

  6. Any onsite work or in-person meetings, pick-ups, or drop-offs (will be charged accordingly per mileage and/or other applicable costs)

  7. Set up, catch up, and clean up tasks for financial records more than 3 cycles behind

STANDARD RATES (standard rates are subject to variation between industry, business size, compliance, and regulatory requirements):

Standard Hourly Rate - $49.99

Standard Monthly Rate - $799.99 (max 20 hours or 4 hours each week)

Standard Annual Rate - $8,999.99 (max 20 hours per month or 4 hours each week)
